This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals are now in custody in connection with a theft at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several people hurt by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The assault - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
